During the 18th Century a French noblewoman named Lady Savant would
present a small silk embroidered sac to every young woman in Paris on her 18th birthday, who expressed a desire to become an
unforgettable woman. The sac contained a hankerchief, minted candies, a solid gold pin, ten gold coins a bible, a sea shell,
a porcelain frog, perfumed soap, and a anventurine gemstone.
These small gifts represented Femininity, Character, Prosperity, Wealth,
Wisdom, Ambition, Distinction, and Personal Power.
In the millenium we aspire to keep this tradition going, and formed
a chapter named Lady Savant Chapter.
We strive to possess all of the qualities listed
above adding:
SPIRITUALITY AND SISTERHOOD
always seeking to form a relationship between people
who share common privileges and common responsibilities.

Come down from up there wherever
you are
the view from earth is what makes
a star a star
not the other way around,
though you may not know this now,
but by standing on the ground
looking up instead of down !!!
